Phase 1: Ideas
Before we start with any design execution, the first step is understanding what you want. Tell us your ideas, pain points, as well as issues that keep you up at night. We want to know what really matters to you about your home, because we want to create a space that you will truly be happy and comfortable with.
Phase 2: Design
Taking your design ideas, preferences, and goals into consideration, we will then share with you a couple of design options to choose from. We will provide you with two sets of options, and as soon as you make your final decision, with our guidance, we can then move to the production installation phase.
Phase 3: Production
Once we have a final decision on design, we are ready to put everything together. That means, order all materials, finishes, and furniture. After purchasing them, and when everything is ready, including our team of installers and designers, then we will visit your home and create the design of your dreams.
Project Minimum Costs
Furnishings projects: $7.5K minimum in fees, $40K minimum in budget
Renovation projects: $15K minimum in fees, $75K minimum in budget
